Surrey police department is appealing for information following a knifepoint robbery in Spelthorne. On Friday the 26th of November at around 18:15hrs the police were called to Thames street park, Sunbury-on-Thames following reports of a knifepoint robbery.

According to a statement released by the Surrey police department, the victim was on his way to meet up with his friends when the suspects called him over. Thinking it was his friends he went towards them, the gang then surrounded him and pointed a torch at his face, one of the suspects showed the victim a knife he was carrying in the waistband of his trousers.

The suspects robbed him of his iPhone, air pods, has coat and a Nike jacket. They then asked him to leave in the same way he came in, as he was about to turn away one of the thugs punched him in the face.
